Mr. Parmesh Chand Director

Principal and Solicitor

Mr. Chand brings to HSC years of experience. We are a 'no frills' service provider. His qualifications includes - JD from Bond University, GDLP Griffith, DipEd University of South Pacific. On migration matters Mr Chand is registered with Department of Immigration with a LPN (Legal Practitioner Number). Enrolled in High Court of Australia, Solicitor (Queensland), Admitted as Barrister and Solicitor Supreme Court of Fiji, Former visiting Lecturer in Migration Law (University of Fiji)

HSC Legal is committed to giving you time and looking into your problems or the matters that you bring to us. Depending on the nature or complexity of legal issues we may be able to assist you by referring to another legal professional with relevant experience to find a solution in solving your legal issues. We work with some very experienced Barristers in Migration and Administrative Law.
